Hi, I'm Brenda!

​

I struggled with my weight since puberty, trying every diet from Atkins to laxatives. I got sober in 2017 and changed my life. After earning my Life/Health Coach Certification and losing my extra weight I have dedicated my life to helping others. I am now healthier and more energetic than I have ever been!

 I am now able to help others with their struggles and help them come out thinner and healthier on the other side.
